The product
What it is, and when it earns its place
A slotted angle rack is built from steel angle punched along both faces, bolted into uprights and shelf supports. Nothing is welded, so a shelf moves when the stock changes and a bay goes on the end when the run grows.
The coating is what separates this from the plain version. It goes on at our plant before the rack reaches you, and it takes handling better than paint — the shelf edge is where a rack gets knocked, and paint gives up there first.
Ask for this one where the rack is going to be looked at: a shop floor, a showroom, a counter area, an office store that customers walk past. Tell us the shade and we coat to it, including matching a fit-out you already have.

Slotted Angle Powder Coated Racks: common questions
How is this different from the plain iron angle rack?
The steel and the build are the same — punched angle, bolted, adjustable shelves. This one is powder coated, so it holds a colour and takes handling and damp better. Ask for it where the rack will be seen.
Can you match a colour we already have?
Yes. Tell us the shade at enquiry stage. A sample or a photograph of the existing fit is usually enough to work from.
Can the shelves be moved after it is up?
Yes. The sections bolt through punched holes, so a shelf comes out and goes back at a different height with hand tools, and a bay can be added on the end later.
