The product
What it is, and when it earns its place
A solid back gives you shelves. A mesh back gives you shelves and hooks, and lets you change your mind about which is where. That is the whole argument for it, and in a shop selling stock that hangs, it is usually the deciding one.
The mesh is welded rather than clipped, so the panel stays square when it is loaded and hooks do not pull the wires apart. Shelves bracket onto the same panel where you want them, which means one run can carry hanging stock at eye level and boxed stock below it.
It also lets light and air through, which matters more than it sounds in a narrow shop — a mesh run at the back of a room does not darken it the way a solid panel does.
What we need to quote it
- The wall length, or how many free-standing units
- What hangs and what sits on a shelf
- The height the hanging stock sells from
- Whether you want a closed base under the run
- The shade it is powder coated in

Hardware and electrical shops
Packeted stock on card, hung at the height it sells from and moved as the range changes.

Questions
Wire Mesh Display Racks: common questions
Will the mesh hold heavy stock?
The mesh is welded to the frame rather than clipped into it, which is what keeps a loaded panel square. Tell us at enquiry stage what you plan to hang and we will confirm the build against it with your quotation.
Can I put shelves on a mesh rack?
Yes. Brackets fix to the same panel the hooks do, so one run can hang stock at eye level and shelve it underneath.
Do the hooks come with it?
Tell us what you are hanging and we will quote the hooks alongside the racking rather than leaving you to source them separately.
Send us your shop measurements.
A photograph of the wall or the floor, and rough sizes. That is all we need to give you a price.
